1:1 Coaching
Our 1:1 Coaching package is designed for service providers who want to double their income and build offers that won’t be replaced by AI. Over the course of three months we’ll dive deep into your offer structure, backend processes, and marketing strategy so that your offers stand out and attract the right-fit clientele for you. With two focused 90-minute calls each month and Voxer access 2-days each week, you’ll be fully supported as we help you build a clear roadmap with actionable homework and resources.
- Two 90-Minute Coaching Calls: We’ll dive deep into understanding who your ideal customers are (including their buyer type), standardizing your offers, building back-end processes that work for you and your unique needs, reviewing and strategizing your sales pages & inquiry forms, discussing time management & boundaries, and how to smoothly transition your current clients into your updated pricing and processes as you scale your business and offers.
- Voxer Coaching: You’ll get access to 2 dedicated Voxer coaching days for text and voice memo support, so you can reach out when you need quick, thoughtful advice—ensuring you're never left feeling like you have to figure it out on your own in-between our calls.
- Bi-Weekly Action Plans: At the end of each coaching session you’ll receive a personalized-to-you action plan designed to bring you more wins in your business and move you closer to your goals, without sacrificing what matters most in your life or overwhelming your schedule.
- Resources & Examples: Tap into our personal resource library of practical resources, templates, and real-life examples that cut through the noise and provide you with clear, creative inspiration tailored to your business.

Content Call
Our Content Calls are ideal for service providers who are planning a launch and want a 3-month Content Plan for their Instagram. In one focused 60-minute call, we’ll build a 3-month content plan for you (three posts per week), built around one main offer. You’ll also get access to our Content Calendar and receive one week of Voxer coaching (the week after your Content Call) to receive feedback on content you create and get further support on how to improve your Instagram marketing.
- One 60-min Zoom call: We’ll walk you through a specific content framework we use to generate 30-60 content ideas, setting you up to post consistently for the next 3-months at 3x/week.
- Content Calendar: You’ll get access to our Content Calendar (via Google Drive) to visually map out your content plan. This will include launch/offer-specific content, lifestyle content, and milestone content.
- Content Analysis: We’ll audit your Instagram analytics from the past 90-days before your call, to review what’s working and what’s not. This helps set the foundation for the rest of our conversation and gives valuable insights for areas you can both lean into and avoid in your Instagram marketing. You’ll receive a comprehensive analytics report with our insights and suggestions on how to improve your marketing strategies.
- One week of Voxer Coaching: You’ll have access to us via Voxer coaching for 1 week (Monday-Friday) following your call so that you can get feedback on any content you’ve created. We’ll give you notes on your messaging (ie: “let’s try this hook instead”), content design, and share specific strategies so you can get the most out of each post. We check Voxer periodically throughout the day between 10am-4pmEDT.
